With 25 years in forestry and 40 years of foraging knowledge, I bring both the technical expertise and the intuitive sensitivity that only a lifelong relationship with the land can offer. Raised in rural Scotland, I was taught to respect the balance of nature, to observe her rhythms, and to understand our shared role in sustaining her wellness.
